The Sir Dawda Kairaba Jawara – International Conference Centre (SDKJ-ICC) is a modern facility given its ultra-modern design, aesthetic looks, and intricate network of services including high-tech equipment and operating procedures. The centre has the potential and provides the opportunity to make The Gambia a popular destination for meetings and  conferences, on the national, regional, and global stage. The SDKJ-ICC centre needs the necessary Management and Operation, in order to maintain and sustain its functional and aesthetic conditions.

With this, the Government of The Gambia is seeking to outsource the Operation, Maintenance and Construction of Ancillary Facilities of the centre through Public Private Partnership (PPP) approach. In this regard, interested firms are invited to bid for the CONCESSION FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF SIR DAWDA KAIRABA JAWARA INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE CENTER (SDKJ-ICC) AND CONSTRUCTION OF ANCILLARY FACILITIES.


Submissions of Proposals must be received in sealed envelopes by the Directorate of Public Private Partnership under the Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs located at Asobi Store 2 nd Floor, Banjul. The submission Deadline is 10 th November 2022 at 12:30 pm GMT and be clearly marked “Concession for The Operation and Maintenance of Sir Dawda Kairaba Jawara International Conference Centre (SDKJ-ICC) and Construction of Ancillary Facilities.


A complete set of the bidding document can be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of USD 10,000.00 (Ten thousand Dollar).
